2B internal preamp
After 14 years in the market, we have decided to go further, developing together with Merino Preamps, our own internal two-band preamplification system, and after a long process we have come up with a great product, our 2B two-band preamp, with a state-of-the-art dual integrated circuit for clear, independent sound on each band, with well-defined frequency cutoffs and the frequencies required for versatile and dynamic equalization
Its solid construction and compact size make it easy to install in almost any cavity without having to modify the instrument.
Specs:
Bass: 40 Hz with cutoff and 15 decibel gain
Treble: 4.2Khz with 12 decibel cutoff and gain
Gain adjustment: 0 - 12 decibels.
Battery consumption: 800 hours of use with alkaline battery
Latest generation PCB, with high quality components and surface mounting.
OPTIONS:
BASIC 2B 2pot
It consists of a preamp module, with TWO separate potentiometers (one for each band), a battery clip and a stereo jack. Requires installation.
BASIC 2B STACK
It consists of a preamp module, with ONE concentric potentiometer (one on top of the other), battery clip and stereo jack. Requires installation.
2B WIRED 2P Full Active
It consists of a preamp module, with two potentiometers (one for each band), pan potentiometer, volume potentiometer with push / pull system - active / passive, battery clip and stereo jack. This model comes pre-wired and will only require connecting the pickups to the pan pot and bridge ground.
2B WIRED STACK Full Active
It consists of a pre-amplification module, with ONE potentiometer (one above the other), pan potentiometer, volume potentiometer with push / pull system - active / passive, drum battery and stereo jack. This model comes pre-wired and will only require connecting the pickups to the pan pot and bridge ground.
